1. What happens when I place my online order?
Once you place your online order and your payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via an email confirmation.

2. What are the shipping options?
We ship with Canada Post.

3. Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship to United States. For our shipping details, check our Shipping Policy here.

4. When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping within Canada takes between 2 and 14 days to be received. More on shipping here.

5. How can I track my order? 
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number that can be tracked through Canada Post. 

6. What do I do if I never receive my order?
We’ll investigate your order by making an inquiry with Canada Post.

7. What do I do if I receive a defective order?
You would have to ship your defective item back to us and we’ll issue a refund along with shipping cost as soon as we receive your item back.

9. When returning my items by mail, how long will my refund take?  
It depends on your location; refunds don’t take long. As soon as the item is received, we process the refund right away.

10. Which methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Amazon Pay.

11. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Call us at 519-265-6777 and we will modify your order.

13. Are all the products online also available in stores?  
No. We offer a lot of online exclusive offers that are not available in our store. Check out our wide range of products here. 

14. Are in-store and online prices and promotions identical?   
Yes - the product information is identical and accurate.
