Returns & Exchanges

You must return the purchased item with the original packaging intact and tags attached.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Modern Tourist Online, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of arrival or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Product must be in the original shipping box

Product must be unused with the original handtags attached

All returned product must have a shipping label

Please be sure to include the packing slip in the box

Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 2 business days for the funds to be available in your account

IMPORTANT - 15% of the price paid before taxes restocking fees will apply on items that were purchased on sale plus the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

Tilley Return Policy - No returns will be accepted on underwear or socks. 

Exception - Christmas gifts can be returned within 14 days following December 25th.

Customers who refuse an order without Modern Tourist's pre-approval will have shipping charges deducted from their potential refund. Modern Tourist will refuse returns mailed without prior consent and contact, or deduct the original shipment cost from the refund.

Modern Tourist will not accept the return or exchange of products that are or appear to have been used while in the custody of the customer. Any used products returned to Modern Tourist will be held by the customer service department. The customer can then choose to have the item sent back at their own expense.
