Your purchased item must be returned with the original packaging intact, along with the tags attached.
We can be contacted for returns or exchanges at 519-265-6777 or by e-mail at customerservice@moderntourist.ca to verify the possibility of a refund/exchange before it is mailed. Be sure to have all receipt information ready for our customer service representative.

Orders that have been refused by the customer without the pre-approval of Modern Tourist will have the shipping charges deducted from their potential refund to be issued. Returns that have been mailed out without prior consents and contact with Modern Tourist Inc., will either be refused or have the cost of the original shipment deducted from their refund.
Modern Tourist will not accept the return or exchange of products that are or appear to have been used while in the custody of the customer. Any products that have been returned to Modern Tourist and are used will be held by the customer service department; at which point the customer may/can choose to have it sent back to them at their own expense.
